What is avast webrep

So i tryed the step by step wizard and exclude AVAST Diskeeper SUPERAntiSpyware Acer Empowering Technology I even uninstalled Avast with there uninstall tool and the samething happens without avast installed I have tryed step by step in the wizard and ok everything and exclude Will move but but i can't click nothing and have to push the power button to restart so i haveĪs soon as Online Armor starts to load in the system tray my desktop freezes

When i install Online Armor Premium Firewall 5.1 after i restart my desktop freezes my mouse
